Design and drive special projects for tax operations management on various business initiatives. Identify and use six-sigma and lean methodology in current business processes, and drive process excellence projects. 3. Understand the tax business model, current processes, identify issues and challenges in curent tax business practices. Check for process improvements, re-design. Share ideas, best practices in the industry and involve in new short term projects. Measure and validate project results, communicate and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of program management, improvements or changes identified. 4. Responsible for managing multiple tax business projects and programs, Manages day-to-day activities of the project, creates project charter, maintains and update project status regularly to the management. 5. Solution & problem solving, Process mapping, redesign, Adv.excel, macros & PPT presentations. Leadership and executive summaries writing and Report writing, Strong comm. skills, Quality and process excellence skills.
