Detailed work profile Sales & Operations

. Develop marketing/ sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.

. Evaluate marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensure adherence to planned expenses.

. Provide direction to execute promotions/launches in sync with regional characteristics.

. Review & interpret the competition & market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies.

. Accountable to ensure on-time payments and manage the entire collection record.

. Manage to turn bad debts into active cases thereby enhancing the profitability of the company

. Overseeing the sales & cash flow, thereby achieving increased sales growth across the assigned verticals.

. Meeting the clients usually and plateful the sales executives on field for enhanced recital.

. Ensuring immediate service support to the clients for resolving their issues and complaints for increasing the Customer Satisfaction Index.
Branch Handling

. Leading the branch with 2-3 team heads and 12-15 sales force.

. Recruitment, training, motivating and developing the sales force to make them independent aggressive seller’s.

. Meeting station targets by assigning and motivating the team to meet their individual and team goals.

. Allocation and distribution of area/resources and business leads.

. Problem solving and negotiation support to close typical business deals.

. Analyzing, appraising, monitoring and control of overall branch member's

basic activities and productivity.

. Proper coordination with all concerned departments for smooth running of branch activity and customer’s service support.
