Technical Lead - 7 to 9 years - 01 Position
Developer - 4 to 6 years - 04 Positions
Skills - Solid programming experience in Web-based technologies
- Ability to translate requirements and design documents into front end and presentation layer development
- Be able to successfully and thoroughly test all new and changed applications before submission of the development work to the applications development manager for quality assurance purposes
- Assist in the analysis and design of new and existing functions within the applications software
- Provide user and client support related to the use of Web-based application systems and PC-based application systems
Candidates must be: able to accept change in a dynamic environment and be able to adjust priorities, able to think outside the box, pragmatic, able to voice and effectively communicate opinions, great listeners, detail oriented and multitasking.
All candidates must be developers at heart and able to write, review and fix source code and database issues as they arise.
Ideal candidates shall have technical skills and experience which: - Should be strong in OOPS
- Should be strong in C#, JavaScript, SQL Server 2005/2008, HTML, Visual Studio 2008/2010, AJAX, ASP.net., and the Microsoft Suite of Office Products
- Should have experience in Visual Basic, Visual Basic Scripting, VBA and classic ASP Web Development
- Experience in third party controls like Telerik, Infragistics, DevExpress etc. is MUST
- Microsoft certifications is a definite plus
- Excellent communication skills is MUST
